WHY WAS THE 2022 ORD VALLEY MUSTER CANCELLED?

Ord Valley Events Inc. has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2022 Ord Valley Muster. The organisers have evaluated the many challenges we face with uncertainty due to COVID-19 and tried to find workable solutions; however, there are too many uncertainties for us to confidently and safely proceed.

HOW DO I GET A REFUND ON MY TICKET/S?

You don’t have to do anything.  As the event is cancelled, a refund back to the credit card used to purchase the original tickets will be automatically processed by Moshtix.

Due to the unprecedented landscape of events at this time, please allow 5-10 business days for this to process.

I'VE BOOKED TRAVEL TO KUNUNURRA, WHAT DO I DO?

If you booked a travel package through the Ord Valley Muster’s official travel agent, you will be contacted and refunds will be processed.

We encourage you to visit Kununurra and explore the magnificent East Kimberley, however, if you are unable to, please contact your travel agent, airline, and/or accommodation providers and any other operators to confirm your arrangements.

WILL THE ORD VALLEY MUSTER GO AHEAD IN 2023

Yes! We are already planning the Muster to make 2023 just as epic as ever. Like everyone, we sincerely hope that by May 2023, we won’t be facing the risks we are facing now due to COVID-19.

WHEN WILL WE KNOW WHO IS PERFORMING AT THE ORD VALLEY MUSTER IN 2023

As soon as we can, we’ll announce the dates so you can start making travel arrangements, and once the artists are locked in, we’ll let you know – we anticipate this will be late in 2022. Sign up here to be the first to hear about it

I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH MOSHTIX - I PURCHASED AS A GUEST - WHAT DO I DO?

If you created your booking as a guest you don’t have to do anything.  As the event is cancelled, a refund back to the credit card used to purchase the original tickets will be automatically processed by Moshtix.

Due to the unprecedented landscape of events at this time, please allow 5-10 business days for this to process.

I HAVE A NEW CREDIT CARD SINCE I PURCHASED MY TICKETS - WHAT DO I DO?

Contact support at Moshtix Submit a request – Tix Support (moshtix.com.au) with this advice and await instructions – DO NOT SEND NEW CREDIT CARD DETAILS VIA EMAIL.

SOMEONE ELSE BOUGHT MY TICKET FOR ME - HOW DO I GET A REFUND?

Only the person who purchased the ticket will be able to receive a refund back to the credit card used at time of purchase. Please contact the person who purchased the ticket for you.

MY REFUND HASN'T ARRIVED - WHAT DO I DO?

As you can appreciate, the event industry is experiencing heavy loads during this time. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process.  We thank you for your patience in the meantime, but please do get in touch with Moshtix Support if you have further questions Submit a request – Tix Support (moshtix.com.au)

CAN I KEEP MY TICKET FOR NEXT YEAR?

Due to administrative considerations this year, we are unable to offer ‘keep your tickets’ for 2023 Ord Valley Muster

I BOOKED ON A TOUR THROUGH THE MUSTER - CAN I STILL GO ON IT?

The Morning Ord River Muster Experience operated by Triple J Tours will not be running as part of the Muster. If you are still able to come to Kununurra and would like to book a different tour, please contact Triple J Tours directly.

WILL THE RODEO STILL GO AHEAD?

While the Rodeo will not run as part of the Ord Valley Muster, at this stage the team at the Kununurra Campdraft and Rodeo Association are still planning on hosting the Rodeo on Saturday 21st May 2022.
