When is the 2026 Boab Metals Ord Valley Muster?
The dates for the 2026 Boab Metals Ord Valley Muster are Friday 15th – Sunday 24th May, with the Kimberley Moon Experience on the closing weekend (Saturday 23rd May)

Note
Patrons are strongly advised to only purchase tickets through official sales channels to prevent scalping and guarantee entry into the event.

Is assistance available for people with a disability?
We welcome people with a disability or accessibility requirements and can work with you to support your attendance in any way we can. The Ord Valley Muster is held in a remote area. Due to the rugged landscape some events may be limited to cater as urban areas do, however, our commitment is to listen to your needs, offer available options to assist in any way possible.
We have partnered with Wayfinder Pathways to assist people with a disability to attend Muster events. Wayfinder provides NDIS support throughout the East Kimberley that aligns with the needs of people living with a disability, their families and care networks.

Event and ticketing info
Can I add tickets to my phone wallet?
Yes! Once you receive your tickets, you can add them to your mobile device’s digital wallet. Click the link under each ticket in your email to add them to your phone wallet so you don’t have to find them in your emails at a later date.
I can't go to an event anymore, what can I do?
At this stage we do not have the option to resell your ticket however you can give your ticket(s) to friends and family, our tickets do not require a name change.
Can I cancel/ exchange/ get a refund for my ticket?
If you can’t make it to your event, we can exchange your ticket for another performance of the same event at the same price reserve or higher – $5 exchange fees will apply. If the same or higher price reserves are no longer available, we can exchange for a lower price reserve. If that happens, we won’t be able to refund any difference in price. Contact our team to discuss your exchange.
We don’t offer any refunds as all ticket and voucher sales are final, per our Terms and Conditions.
Can I buy ticket at the door?
Where a performance is not sold out, we offer door sales at most events. Check the event page or contact with our team ahead of time at [email protected]
I'm under 18 years old, can I attend?
Events that are advertised as 18+ are unable to admit anyone who is under 18 years of age, regardless of whether they are with a parent or guardian. For other events, attendees under 18 must attend with their parent or guardian, unless specified otherwise by the venue.
Please check the event page before booking your tickets.
What does All Ages mean?
Events that have ‘All Ages’ noted on the event page mean that people under 18 years old can attend when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Please check the suitability of the event for your minor before booking
I Can't Find my Tickets! How do I find them in my email?
When you purchase a ticket online, you will automatically receive an order confirmation, including the barcode for your order. You can also add tickets to your digital wallet or keep your email to show at the door.
If you can’t see these in your inbox, please check your junk and spam folders as they can sometimes appear there.
You can login to your account to have the tickets resent to your email
Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers for the 2026 Ord Valley Muster are the perfect treat for family and friends. Muster gift vouchers allow the voucher holder the flexibility to choose the experience date and time that is most suited to them. Gift Certificates can only be used to purchase tickets to events sold via ordvalleyevents.com.au and expire at the conclusion of the festival in May 2026
Gift Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, including any unused value remaining at the end of the 2026 Ord Valley Muster.
They cannot be used on third party websites.
Festival Hub Season Pass
The Festival Hub Season Pass is a single pass that includes one adult ticket to each event held at Celebrity Tree Park.
Included Events:

- Comedy in the Park
- Wonder
- Kimberley Moon Experience
Kimberley Moon Experience Access
Your Moon Experience access will match the type of pass you’ve purchased — granting entry to either the Kimberley Fine Diamonds Dinner, Bishop’s Transport Muster Bar, or Adult General Admission.
How It Works
You’ll receive one barcode in your confirmation email.
This single barcode is your ticket to all Festival Hub events. Simply present it at the gate each night.

The Festival Hub Season Pass provides entry only to events held in Celebrity Tree Park.

It does not include access to any other Ord Valley Muster events.

No refunds apply for valid events you choose not to attend.

FESTIVAL HUB
Where is the Festival Hub?
The 2026 festival hub is centrally located at Celebrity Tree Park; we encourage all guests to walk to the site where possible.
Unless specifically listed on the event description, transfers are not included in your ticket price.
For events outside of the Festival Hub, refer to the relevant event on the program page for further information.
Where can I park?
Parking is available at 4 Bandicoot Drive, approximately a 5minute walk from the Festival Hub. Please do not park along Victoria Hwy. A shuttle service from the carpark to Celebrity Tree Park will run on the night of the Moon
What should I bring?
Food and drinks will be available for purchase at all Festival Hub events however you are welcome to bring a picnic and chair or rug it you’d like.
It can get chilly in the evenings in Kununurra so please bring a coat or something warm!
Please do not bring any animals or tables.
Is first aid available?
St John’s First Aid will be in attendance at all Festival Hub events, as well as the Frontier Helicopters Rodeo
KIMBERLEY MOON EXPERIENCE
These questions are specifically related to the Kimberley Moon Experience
Is this the a Moon a family friendly event?
Minors are welcome to the Kimberley Moon Experience General Admission with accompaniment from a responsible adult.
Please note that the organisers cannot control the language performers use.
Minors are not permitted in the licensed areas, these include the Kimberley Fine Diamonds Dinner and Bishops Transport Muster Bar
Can I bring my own food and drink?
We encourage patrons to purchase food and beverages from our onsite vendors. You may bring a reusable water bottle to use at our water refill stations. No glass (except wine bottles) is permitted onsite.
General Admission: Each person over the Age of 18 with the correct ID may bring the following into the GA Area:
- 4:00pm to 8:30pm: 8 x cans of beer or 1 bottle of wine or 6 x RTD or a combination thereof
- After 8:30pm: No alcohol to be brought in
Bishop’s Transport Muster Bar: No BYO alcohol is allowed.
Kimberley Fine Diamonds Dinner: This is an all-inclusive experience; no BYO alcohol is allowed.
Will there be passouts?
For the safety and security of our patrons, passouts are not allowed at the Kimberley Moon Experience
Can Bishop's Transport Muster Bar patrons access the GA area?
Yes!
If you hold a ticket to the Bishop’s Transport Muster Bar, you will be able to access the General Admission area. However you will not be able to take your drinks out of the licensed area
Can Kimberley Fine Diamonds Dinner patrons access the GA area?
Yes!
If you hold a ticket to the Kimberley Fine Diamonds Dinner, you will be able to access the General Admission area. However, you will not be able to take your drinks out of the Dinner area and you will not be able to access the Bishop’s Transport Muster Bar
What items are prohibited?
For the safety and comfort of all of our patrons, please leave the following at home:
- Metal cutlery (incl cheese knives)
- Umbrellas
- Tables, sunshades, tents or anything that will obstruct views of the stage
- Folding chairs taller than shoulder height when seated
- Aerosols
- Animals
- Glass bottles (sealed wine bottles are accepted in the Moon General Admission area only)
- No smoking (outside of designated smoking zones)
There will be bag checks as you enter the concert area and prohibited items will be confiscated.

Where can I park?
Parking is available at 4 Bandicoot Drive, approximately a 5 minute walk from the Festival Hub. Please do not park along Victoria Hwy.
Is there a Shuttle Bus Service?
Yes! A Shuttle Service will be running on the night of the Kimberley Moon Experience.
Details on the shuttle service will be provided closer to the event.
