How will I receive my ticket?

You will receive an email ticket (e-ticket) from Ord Valley Events, after you’ve bought your Ord Valley Muster tickets. There is no physical ticket mailed out. Print or download this for exchange for a wristband upon gate entry.

I don’t have a credit card, can I still buy a ticket?

You will need a debit card or can purchase tickets in cash by visiting iTalkTravel Kununurra or the Kununurra Visitor Centre in person.

What must I bring with me (everyone)?

  • Your ticket
  • ID (for those 18+) – You will need one of the following IDs on arrival and on your person throughout the entire event: Current valid Australian driver’s license (with photo), Current Passport, Government Issued Proof of Age Card or International Driver’s License (must contain a photograph).
  • For the safety and comfort of all attendees, we advise patrons to arrive early to ensure adequate time for bag checks.

Can I replace a lost wristband?

No. We will be issuing heavy duty wristbands that will last for the duration of each event. We are unable to reissue or replace wristbands so please treat it like cash.

What items am I permitted to bring in (General Admission Tickets)?

  • Basic camping chairs, rugs and low-lying beach chairs (although low lying beach chairs are not recommended)
  • Sealed unopened soft plastic water bottles up to 600ml – lids will be opened at entry
  • Empty water bottles for filling at our water bubblers
  • You can bring your own alcohol & food in. Please refer to BYO section for allowable allocation per person. Please drink responsibly.
  • All non-alcoholic beverages, must be sealed unopened soft plastic water bottles up to 600ml
  • Eskies of a reasonable size only
  • No portable BBQs
  • Come prepared for rain or shine – there are no sheltered areas. If the forecast is for rain please wear sensible footwear and bring a poncho or raincoat. No Umbrellas permitted
  • Working guide dogs and assistance dogs
  • Prams or strollers 

How much BYO alcohol am I allowed to bring in (General Admission Tickets)?

We are in the process of finalising the approved allocations as guided by relevant authorities. We will update this information as soon as confirmed.

What items are not permitted (General Admission Tickets)?

  • Selfie or Go Pro sticks.
  • Flasks
  • Glass, metal cutlery, umbrellas, tables, sunshades or anything that will obstruct view of the stage, and aerosols are all prohibited.
  • Umbrellas, even if it’s raining. Bring good quality raincoats and gumboots instead.
  • Professional cameras (including SLR’s & any camera with a removable lens) and sound and video recording equipment. For full details read the answer to ‘Can I bring my camera or sound and video recording equipment?’ below.
  • Pets (other than guide and registered service dogs)
  • Beanbags, blow-up air chairs or lounges.
  • Eskys or cooler bags larger than 26L (cabin sized)
  • Knives, weapons or explosives of any kind (including potential missiles).
    Illegal/unidentifiable substances, drugs & legal/herbal highs
    Flares, fireworks, sparklers, explosives or any fire twirling equipment
  • Any other item deemed by Festival staff (in their discretion) to be dangerous or offensive or potentially dangerous.
  • There will be a security check at the gate. You will have the opportunity to return prohibited items to your vehicle or the cloakroom. Anything illegal will be confiscated.
  • Ord Valley Events does not take any responsibility for confiscated items.

I’ve purchased tickets for the Airnorth Garden Bar (18+ zone), what is included? What am I permitted to bring in?

  • You will receive two drink vouchers on arrival
  • You will have access to furniture to comfortably accommodate everyone
  • You will have access to exclusive catering and bar facilities
  • You will have access to exclusive amenities

There will be a security check at the gate. You will have the opportunity to return prohibited items to your vehicle or the cloakroom. Anything illegal will be confiscated. Ord Valley Events does not take any responsibility for confiscated items.

I’ve purchased tickets for the Kimberley Fine Diamonds Dinner (18+ zone), what is included? What am I permitted to bring in?

  • You will have access to exclusive catering and open bar facilities
  • You will have access to exclusive amenities
  • Come prepared for rain or shine – there are no sheltered areas. If the forecast is for rain please wear sensible footwear and bring a poncho or raincoat. No Umbrellas permitted
  • Working guide dogs and assistance dogs

What items are not permitted Airnorth Garden Bar (18+ zone) & Kimberley Fine Diamonds Dinner (18+ zone)?

  • Same as General Admission – refer above.
  • BYO furniture
  • These areas will be licensed with alcohol available for purchase.

Can I bring my camera or sound and video recording equipment?

Professional cameras and video and recording equipment are not allowed.

Recording devices including iPads / tablets or any mobile phone measuring greater than 20cm are not allowed.

Generally, cameras with powerful zoom lenses or detachable lenses in a carry case are not allowed. We can’t judge that beforehand. It’s up to security staff on the day, and debate will not be entered into. Unauthorized or prohibited photography may result in images being deleted.

Can I smoke within the Festival Hub Site?

There will be designated smoking areas within the event site. Smoking will only be permitted in these areas.
