Why do all good things need to come to an end?

Let’s celebrate the week that was by bringing a picnic to Celebrity Tree Park to enjoy some free family time with entertainment, food vendors and the extremely popular Argyle Diamond Dig.

Offering fun for all ages, the Closing Ceremony will kick off with the Argyle Diamond Dig. The Kimberley is as famous for its diamonds as it is for its landscape and these precious stones are coveted by many and found by few!  The Argyle Diamond Dig is the one opportunity during the year when everyone has a fair chance of finding a special gem, or one of a host of other treasures that are secretly buried under a tonne of sand brought in to create a make-shift diamond pit.  Get in early to purchase your Miner’s Rights – you won’t want to miss this dig with thousands of dollars worth of diamonds, tours and knick-knacks up for grabs!

Following the Dig, kick back and relax as you enjoy the entertainment from the lawn. Sydney Magician Liam Power has an exciting show in store, with a big bag of tricks up his sleeve! There will also be free kids activities and much, much more.
