Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully prior to purchasing a ticket to any Ord Valley Events Inc. event.

Ord Valley Events Inc. tickets are sold or issued subject to the LPA Ticketing Code of Practice (Consumer Code). A copy of the LPA Code can be obtained by visitingโ€ฏwww.liveperformance.com.auโ€ฏorโ€ฏclickย hereโ€ฏ forย a direct link to the code.

Ticketing

  1. All ticket purchases are final and shall not be refunded, except as required by law or in accordance with theย Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practiceย or as otherwise specified by Ord Valley Events.
  2. Tickets for performances are valid only when purchased from Ord Valley Events or an organisation authorised by Ord Valley Events to sell or distribute tickets. Authorised vendors include: Kimberley Experiences. All Consumers must have a valid ticket for a performance in order to enter the venue.
  3. A $2.95 non-refundable transaction fee, inclusive of GST, applies to all ticket purchases.
  4. Tickets may not, without Ord Valley Eventsโ€™ written consent, be resold at a premium, offered as a prize or inducement, packaged or otherwise used for advertising, promotional or other commercial purposes. Ord Valley Events reserves the right to refuse admission to the bearer of any ticket sold or otherwise provided or distributed in breach of this condition.
  5. All ticket prices are stated in Australian (AUS) dollars and include GST where applicable.
  6. Ord Valley Events accepts payment for transactions by cash, Ord Valley Muster gift voucher or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express).
  7. Your credit card statement will show โ€œOrd Valley Eventsโ€ when your payment is confirmed.
  8. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
  9. No obligation is assumed by Ord Valley Events to arrange a substitute event if an event is cancelled. This includes events that may be cancelled due to COVID-19.

Companion Card Holders

  1. A valid Companion Card or valid Companion Card Number must be produced at the time of booking to gain access to the Companion Card Scheme offer. Details of use are contained on the โ€ฏCompanion Card website.

Ticket Delivery and E-Tickets

  1. Your booking confirmation email is your e-ticket for Ord Valley Muster performances. Present it on your smartphoneโ€”either directly from the email or via your saved ticket in Apple Wallet or Google Walletโ€”for scanning by venue staff upon arrival. Alternatively, you may print the confirmation email.
  2. E-tickets are non-transferable.ย In the event thatย you present your barcode for scanning at a venue and someone else has already entered on the same barcode, entry will not beย permittedย toย subsequentย ticket holders with the same barcode. No refunds or exchanges will be offered in such situations.ย For group bookings, please ensure you all arrive at the venue together, to save being denied entry.
  3. Treat e-tickets as valuable as cash and do not email them or otherwise distribute them to others.
  4. The right is reserved to not replace lost or stolen tickets where seating is unreserved (general admission events).

Event Restrictions

  1. Consumers are responsible for checking the passout policy for performances before purchase, as outlined on the website, in booking confirmation emails, and in performance reminder emails. Patrons will be denied reentry to performances advertised as having no passouts, with no refunds or exchanges permitted.
  2. Strict age restrictions may apply to certain performances and will be advertised on the website. Some events are not suitable for children or patrons under the age of 18. If an event is classified as 18+, patrons will be required to present valid identification and may be refused entry if unable to do so.
  3. Ord Valley Events reserves the right to vary, substitute or withdraw advertised programs, artists,ย venueย and seatingย arrangementsย as necessary. Any such variations, substitutions or withdrawals will be communicated to ticket holders in direct email communications and advertised through social media.
  4. Ord Valley Events collects your individual information in case of an event cancellation or alteration. If youย electย not to receive digital communications from Ord Valley Events, or youย fail toย supply sufficient andย appropriate contactย information, Ord Valley Events is not responsible for failure to contact you
  5. Entry to a Venue is at an individualโ€™s own risk. To the maximum extentย permitted by law, Ord Valley Events will not be responsible for any loss, damage,ย harmย or injury arising from a consumerโ€™s entry to a venue or performance within a venue.
  6. Tickets must beย retainedย throughout the performance. Venue management reserves the right to evict any person or persons not in possession of a valid ticket.
  7. The use of cameras and other audio/video recording devices is prohibited during performances unless otherwiseย stated.
  8. In attending a performance, you grant Ord Valley Events permission to film or photograph you, and to reproduce that film or photograph in any audio, video or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition,ย publicationย or reproduction in any medium or context without further authorisation by, or compensation to, you.
  9. The right to refuse entry or to evict a consumer is reserved by venue management as provided in theโ€ฏLive Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice. Consumers who are refused entry or evicted from a venue will not receive a refund.

Refunds and Exchanges

  1. Allโ€ฏticket salesโ€ฏare final and will not be refunded, except as required by law orโ€ฏin accordance withโ€ฏLive Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice. For instance, a full event cancellation may qualify for a refund.โ€ฏConsumers areโ€ฏtoโ€ฏread the special conditions advertised on the website for the selected performances during the purchasing process.
  2. Ord Valley Events will not grant a refund or offer any other form of reimbursement.
    • If there is a change in personal circumstances,
    • In the case of a change of mind,
    • If you wereโ€ฏrefusedโ€ฏentry or removed due to your breach of the General Terms and Conditions,
    • If you arrive late for any scheduledโ€ฏperformanceโ€ฏtime,
    • If you incorrectly selected tickets,
    • If tickets are lost,โ€ฏstolen,โ€ฏor misused,
    • If due toโ€ฏdislike or dissatisfaction of the Event, performance, venue, goods, or services,
    • Ifโ€ฏyou did not attend.
  3. In the case of aโ€ฏfullโ€ฏor partial refund in compliance withโ€ฏAustralian Consumer Law, the transaction fee paid by the consumer is non-refundable.
  4. On some occasions, Ord Valley Eventsโ€ฏis able toโ€ฏexchange tickets from one performance to another,โ€ฏprovidedโ€ฏthe following requirements are met:
    • The exchange request must beโ€ฏsubmittedโ€ฏin writing to [email protected] โ€ฏ(include your transactionโ€ฏID)
    • The request for the exchange is for the same event at a different date or time
    • The exchange must be of equal or greater value โ€“ for example, you cannot exchange from a full price performance to a preview performance
    • Neither the original nor the requested performances are sold out and
    • The exchange is requested at least 48 hours prior to the original performance or event.
  5. If Ord Valley Eventsโ€ฏpermitsโ€ฏan exchange, aย $5 exchange feeย will apply and will be processed by Ord Valley Eventsโ€™ Ticketing Team at the time of the exchange.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift Vouchers are only redeemable for tickets and merchandise purchased through the Ord Valley Muster website (not redeemable for food and beverage or tickets purchased on third-party websites, such as the Gibb Challenge).
  • Vouchers purchased are valid for the 2026 Ord Valley Muster only and expire on Sunday 24th May 2026
  • Gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash, including any unused value at the end of their expiration.
  • Our standardย ticketing terms and conditions (see above) apply to all Gift Vouchers.

Festival Hub Season Pass

  • The Festival Hub Season Pass provides single entry only to events held in Celebrity Tree Park and does not include any food or beverage.
  • This pass does not provide access to any Ord Valley Muster events outside Celebrity Tree Park.
  • Access to the Kimberley Moon Experience is determined by the Season Pass type purchased (Kimberley Fine Diamonds Dinner / Muster Bar / Adult GA).
  • One barcode will be issued and must be presented for entry to each event.
  • No refunds apply for valid events you choose not to attend.
  • Valid for the 2026 Ord Valley Muster season only.
  • Our standard ticketing terms and conditions (see above) apply to all Season Passes

Ticket Holders Responsibility

Please give careful consideration to the refund and cancellation policies of travel, accommodation, and other goods or service providers when making arrangements for attendance at an OVE event.ย  You may wish to consider taking out relevant insurance to cover any losses in the event of cancellation, rescheduling, or relocation.

Conditions of Entry

The following form part of OVEโ€™s Conditions of Entry unless otherwise specified:

The ticket holder may be denied entry into, or removed from, an event where Ord Valley Events has reasonable grounds to do so for the following reasons;

  • A breach in terms and conditions or specific event terms
  • Intoxicated
  • Under the influence of illicit drugs
  • Adversely affecting the enjoyment of the event by others

The right of admission is reserved. It is a condition of entry to events that a search of the person or possessions may be required at the time of entry to the venue. It is a condition of entry to register your attendance when visiting our venues for contact tracing purposes โ€“ please see section โ€˜COVID Ticketing Informationโ€™ for details.

COVID Ticketing Information

Ord Valley Events strictly adheres to all government orders regarding COVID-19. Presently, there are no COVID-19 restrictions in place in Western Australia. However, please be mindful that if you book tickets for an event, you must comply with any future government orders that may affect the event. Failure to comply with a government order without a valid exemption will result in denial of entry.

COVID- 19 Refunds and Exchanges

Australian Consumer Law does not mandate refunds or other remedies for ticketholders who are unable to attend an event due to government-imposed self-isolation requirements, such as contracting COVID-19 or being a close contact. Similarly, if you are in good health but choose not to attend the event out of concerns related to COVID-19 exposure, the law does not require a refund or alternative resolution.
