Each year, the Ord Valley Muster welcomes locals and visitors to a program of both curated events and community offerings across the festival calendar. We are now inviting applications from food vendors, community events, volunteers and sponsors who would like to be involved in the festival across a range of events.

As a sponsor of the Boab Metals Ord Valley Muster, you receive acknowledgement as an overall event partner or you may choose to focus your involvement in one or two specific events to engage your target audience.

VENDORS

Expressions of Interest will are open for the 2024 Boab Metals Ord Valley Muster.

Application close on 1st March 2024.

Application Fees

  • Community Vendors will not be charged a Fee
  • Commercial Vendors will be charged a $200 registration fee for the first event and $100 for each event thereafter

Applications will be reviewed by the Board in accordance with our Festival Hub Vendor policy.

Ord Valley Events Inc makes no guarantees as to the commercial viability of such activities, nor can it guarantee attendance numbers. The Muster is an outdoor event. It will continue in all conditions unless the conditions are deemed unsafe to continue.

Please be aware: Additional application fees may be required and will be payable to the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley and will be invoiced by the Shire of Wyndham East Kimberley.

Any modification to the vendor offering after the vendor has been confirmed must be communicated to Ord Valley Events Inc. immediately and be approved by the OVEI Board in order to proceed.

LOCAL EVENTS

If you would like to apply to hold an event as part of the 2024 Boab Metals Ord Valley Muster, please complete the form below.

First round applications close on 12th October 2023 and all applications will be reviewed by the Ord Valley Events Inc. Board in accordance with our Community & Commercial Event policy.

Events must be unique to the Muster and cannot be a currently available commercial operation. If you would like to include a commercial event or tour as part of the Muster then please contact Elizabeth Brennan on 0403 292 158 or [email protected] for sponsorship packages and affiliation opportunities.

Community Event Fee:

  • Registration fee of $300 ex GST per unique event

Commercial Event Fee:

  • Registration fee of $300 ex GST per unique event
  • 5% commission of gross tickets sales revenue. This will contribute towards the administration costs born by OVEI to include the event in the Muster program.

The Registration fee will be invoiced on receipt of this form and must be paid prior to the event being listed within the Muster program. The commission, where applicable, will be deducted from the final settlement post-event.

Tickets will be sold via our website through our ticketing partner at no cost to the operator.

What’s included in your registration fee?

  • Your event will be included on the official website www.ordvalleymuster.com.au
  • Your event will be included in local & regional newspaper advertising and editorial where possible
  • Your event will be included in regional WA radio advertising where possible
  • Posts on the official Boab Metals Ord Valley Muster Facebook page about your event (pre and post event)
  • Inclusion of your event in the program flyer
  • Acknowledgment of your event as part of a slide show at the Kimberley MoonExperience (2-3 images and event name included)

Organisations will be responsible for all Shire Applications and Approvals prior to program finalisation. The following documentation will need to be provided to Ord Valley Events Inc.:

  • Event & Risk Management Plans
  • Emergency Contact numbers
  • Event Approvals
  • Insurances & licences
