WILL THE MUSTER BE A FULLY VAXXED EVENT?

The 2022 Ord Valley Muster will be a fully vaccinated event. This means that for the safety of all ticket holders, staff, volunteers, contractors and vendors, it is a condition of entry that all ticket holders will need to provide proof of full vaccination (or an eligible exemption).

The 2022 Ord Valley Muster will continue to be the amazing event it has been for the last 20 years!

Ord Valley Events Inc. will keep patrons informed of the COVID-19 Safety measurements via our 2022 COVID-19 Safety Plan website. Keep an eye out on socials, subscribe to our newsletter or visit our website regularly for updates.

CAN WE DANCE?

Yes!

At this stage the WA Government has not implemented any restrictions on dancing. If this changes, Ord Valley Events Inc. will keep patrons informed of the COVID-19 Safety measurements via our 2022 COVID-19 Safety Plan website. Keep an eye out on socials, subscribe to our newsletter or visit this page here on our website regularly for updates.

WHAT TIME WILL THE SHOW START?

Detailed timings for performances at the Festival Hub will be released closer to the event date, however generally performances will start approximately an hour after doors open.

WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?

You can purchase tickets online from Moshtix. Moshitx is the only official ticket seller, please do not buy tickets from any other platform or on social media – they are likely fake tickets and you may not gain entry to the event.

CAN I GET A REFUND?

CAN I RESELL MY TICKET?

As per terms and conditions, tickets may not be resold, unless at the point of sell out via an official Moshtix resale facility.

CAN I BUY MERCHANDISE?

Yes!

Festival merchandise will be available to purchase from the Merchandise Tent at the Festival Hub, Celebrity Tree Park when the site is open. Some items sell fast, so get in early to grab your souvenirs!

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Food and drinks will be available for purchase at all Festival Hub events however you are welcome to bring a picnic.

BYO is only allowed if you have General Admission tickets to the Aviair HeliSpirit Kimberley Moon Experience. Restrictions will apply, these will be announced closer to the event.

It can get chilly in the evenings in Kununurra so please bring a coat or something warm!

WHAT NOT TO BRING

There a number of items you will not be able to bring into the Festival Hub, these include, but are not limited to:

  • Metal cutlery (incl cheese knives)
  • Umbrellas
  • Tables, sunshades, tents or anything that will obstruct views of the stage
  • Folding chairs taller than shoulder height when seated
  • Aerosols
  • Animals
  • Glass bottles (sealed wine bottles are accepted in the Moon General Admission area only)
  • No smoking (outside of designated smoking zones)

WHERE CAN I PARK?

Parking is available at 4 Bandicoot Drive, approximately a 5minute walk from the Festival Hub. Please do not park along Victoria Hwy.

A shuttle service from the carpark to Celebrity Tree Park will be running on selected nights.

HOW DO I GET TO FESTIVAL HUB?

The 2022 festival site is centrally located at Celebrity Tree Park; we encourage all guests to walk to the site where possible.

Unless specifically listed on the events description, transfers is not included in your ticket price.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY TICKETS IF THE FESTIVAL IS CANCELLED AS PER GOVERNMENT ORDER IN 2022?

To eradicate any risk for the customer, should the event be cancelled by the government, Ord Valley Muster 2022 ticket income is held in a locked bank account.

If the event is unable to proceed on the advertised date or location by Government order, Ord Valley Events Inc. reserves the right to reschedule the Event, and offer a credit or exchange to the rescheduled date, or offer a refund request window of 28 days.
